- Any fraudulent traffic or click manipulation will result in immediate account termination.
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users. You must not upload, distribute, or otherwise use any content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
When you upload or submit content to EarnMax PPI (including website URLs, payment details, and profile information), you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve our services.
You retain ownership of your content. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
We are constantly working to improve EarnMax PPI. We reserve the right to add or remove features, modify rates, suspend accounts, or stop services entirely at our discretion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify publishers of significant changes.
- Accounts found in violation of these terms may be suspended without prior notice.
- Any unpaid earnings at time of termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EarnMax PPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform or services.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service at any time. You should review these terms regularly. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of the platform. Your continued use of EarnMax PPI following any modification constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
